Wrasse time.

That is one of the reasons I love wrasses. As long as you do some research, and ask questions, you can find out what types you can have that will get along with each other. I have almost 30 different wrasses and they all get along fine together.

Bradleyj , did you ever try a mystery wrasse? I know they are somewhat aggressive with other wrasses , i had to use a mirror with mine for a few weeks before he left my flame wrasse pair alone but now he is fine with them.

Since you have so many wrasses in one tank what species are not good to mix? any general rules?

I've been admiring pics of your tank for awhile now Brad...it is awesome!

Is there a thread somewhere that details your maintenance schedule?

I have a terny wrasse and I love him. I got him about 1 year ago and the bigger he gets the more a rainbow color appears on him. Definitely one of my favorites. Its funny he has " don't put up with@#$%!" attitude. And every night when the actinics (dusk) he'll dive in the sand to go to sleep.

Its kind of strange there is a graveyard for fistfull of snail and crab shells on the right side of my tank too,I wonder if it is my wrasse.

LOL, I would bet yes. I have a big wrasse that piles them up for me also.

I found him the other morning coming out of his bed and saying,

Good Morning.
