Wrasse with long yellow top fin/velvet body?

Ok this is driving me nuts! So I went to a local LFS to wonder about. My wife noticed a beautiful specimen. It had a long top fin, yellow in color. The body was completely wine/purpled colored. I thought it was a Yellow fin at first but at second inspection it looked nothing like it. No white belly nor bottom yellow fin. I've tried and tried doing a research but can't find anything. I remember seeing a picture of one online but can't seem to find it now. Where are my Wrasse nuts out there! TIA

Cirrhilabrus filamentosus or maybe a Paracheilinus flavianalis...nots sure it could be another flasher also but id have to see a photo to be sure

Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus is another possibility.
