Wrasses: Cleaner and Dragon mix?

I'm positive. I had one before and did research them before buying and decided to get one anyway and it was a great decision. Not another fish like them. The dude was eating krill out of the bag he was put in by my lfs the day of the purchase without a thread of concern for his safety. Ate out of my hand and interacted with everything in the tank. If it wasn't for the power outage I would still have him.

He is going into a system I designed just to "clean" and monitor my liverock before I place it in any of my other systems... I call it my "Maintenance Tank"

Every fish/animal in there serves a purpose for getting the liverock ready for my other systems...

And it's a great excuse to tell your wife for getting another dragon wrasse :lolspin:

I just need to know if anyone can tell me if these two fish can be in the same tank. I know that dragons don't like similar shaped fish but usually cleaner fish of any type are excepted into most types of tanks

What a neat tank for him to go in. He can move all the rock he wants, he'll love it. Will you be a doing a sand bed? Or is there one already in there. I love the way the juvi looks and don't really mind how the adult looks (obviously not quite as neat) but man I put too much time into my scaping to wake up and have it all over the place. Good luck, and sorry I couldn't contribute an answer. My experience with these guys is non-existent.

No Prob :)

Exactly, in this case, him moving rocks is desirable since it will expose unexpected baddies that he can snatch right up like fireworms, etc. Whenever I see something that I love like the dragon wrasse and it can't fit into an existing system, I just add another tank to the house - lol

He will have lots of sand - they need a sandbed to sleep in. ;)
