Wrasses Reloaded

I did a bunch of reading on various forums about various wrasses. There's a lot of material to go through. I was hoping that some wrasse expert can chime in.

Long story short, I've build BRS screen top for my rimless 110g. It has only once sleeper goby and one mimic tang in it right now. It has a 1.5" - 2" sand bed.

I am thinking about filling the rest with various reef safe wrasses, but I do not want to add many at once.

Any chance someone could post a list of easy to moderate difficulty wrasse recommendations? Would be great if list could ordered in the same order as you'd add them to the tank and call out male/female etc when it matters. I'd really like to add one fish at a time.

Thanks!

nice article. I can help you add a few that you have missed if you are interested.

I have a ton of experience with all sorts of flashers/fairies and can help more (as well as many others) if you can narrow your choices down a little. Wrasses are a huge complex with many different choices, and in the end it does come down to personal preference.

Leopards, however, have become my new favorite :)
