wrong plug for ato

i just purchased a osmolator from a fellow reefer and the plug doesn't seem to be correct. it doesn't plug all the way into the 5017 controller and i have to tweak with the plug for the plug to contact the controller correctly so it operates. could you just verify if it's the correct one. thanks roger.

I'm not Roger, but that doesn't look like a Tunze power adapter. My hunch is that the person you bought it from lost/damaged the original and that's what they replaced it with.

yea, that's what i was thinking when it said universal and not tunze, was wondering if tunze had replacements

It is actually correct, or could be, that is the same power supply we used until 2006, but these are also readily available at most electronics stores. The current power supply looks more like cell phone charger, it is much smaller and has a better fit. It is part 5012.010 and you can order it on tunze.com, we do have them in stock.
