Wrong Time in ESL

I just set up 2 new replacement lights that Ecotech provided to me and got them all set up. My issue of not having them both talk to each other is now solved, but I now have a new problem.

The time in ESL is wrong (says 8:00pm when it is 1:00pm on my computer). This means that the schedule for the light is wrong. I tried the steps on this page, but that did not help:

I am using chrome on a PC.

This ticks me off. Anyone have any idea how to fix this - Alex?

having the same issue. trying to set up three pros and time is is set three hours off. Cant reset it manually

The programmers only work from 4-6pm each day. Bc the rest of the time they are still attending grade school. So the problem may take some time to resolve...Lol

Is ESL still BETA? I have a Radion that I set to rapid growth profile months ago. I am afraid to even go into ESL because of all of the headaches with it. ESL is one---- big---- mess.

Are you using either Google Chrome or Safari as your internet browser? Also, If setting the clock to automatic time did not correct the issue, please contact us directly so we can further troubleshoot the issue.

I have 3x Gen2's that are set to the right time (same as my PC etc) but the schedule starts +1 hours.. So it's set to turn on at 7AM in ESL, but it starts at 8AM on the dot every single morning, and has been this way for a year now.

Hi Alex - using Chrome. I'll need to give you a call when I have a day off. Tried to do automatic, manual and nothing worked.

I might have to call you guys too, I am having the hardest time setting the correct time with the esl with 4 lights at a buddies store. I chose automatic and still the time says am when it's pm. after setting the lights to one of the custom setups by you guys, it programs the lights and everything just shuts off. I have to then touch the button on the fixture to turn the lights on.

I was having this same problem after the daylight savings time change. I don't know if this was just luck, but i think i finally figure it out.
When i couldn't get the correct time to stick, i was making the change and then immediately logging out and back in to see if it worked, which it didn't. Then i tried making the change again, but this time i sat there and watched the minutes progress for another minute or two, just to see if it was working. THEN i logged out and logged back in. This time it stuck! Has been fine ever since.
