Wrought Iron and Interruptus with Crypto

Light is supposed to degrade it but I treated a 650 litre tank and after finishing treatment I had the lights on for a week and had done 200 litres of WC, but 6 mushrooms I put in died immediately so maybe it doesn't degrade so much with light. I had to use carbon to remove it.
