Not sure what he is using it for, I would guess with light and filters its FW but the larger tanks are usually easy to drill if needed.

Its on our internet buliten board so I dont know the person personally but he seems motivated to sell. For $395 and since it has the stand it looks like a steal. Worth a try I was thinking about it but had just bought a new 75.
