looking for a bigger tank so if anybody has a tank and stand for sale let me know, out grown the 75 so 90+ would be great thank

if you outgrew a 75, why would you want a 90 gallon?? that is the exact same size as the 75.... just a little taller.

you should be lookin for 150 or bigger at least

Agree with Trottie 110%!!! If you outgrew a 75g, then you have to ask yourself if you can afford something in the 120-200+g size. You are either going to go with more depth on say a 120g, or more length and depth with a standard 180g. The stock sizes of 7-8ft tanks are between 200-240 gallons unless you custom order. Remember also, that with larger tanks comes more RODI, more saltmix, more electricity, more supplements, more liverock and more evaporation....lots of things to consider when jumping from a standard tank into the big boys.

yes he right but you guys don,t pay my bills or pay for my baby girl do you no, bigger tank is more rock ,more lights, more skimmer, more salt ,more every thing so if you guys what to start a fund then i will get a bigger tank but for now a 90 will work and it not much but the fish got 15 more gal to swim.

I think they are saying that you won't really notice a difference in the tank size between a 75 and a 90. Since the footprint is the same, it wouldn't really give you any more room for rock, corals, etc. except for a few more inches at the top. Knowing that in advance could save you a little disappointment and money.

I think spongebobby's 120 would be a great upgrade because it gives you a little more width. You wouldn't need more rock, could probably keep your same llights (tank length and depth are the same), and if you keep your bioload the same you may not even another skimmer for a while. You could put everything you have in that tank and have a little more swimming room for your fish.

I think a tank that isn't jam packed with rock looks really nice.

Seems like a pretty good solution for your problem.

it is not woth the effort to tear down a 75 to move to a 90 gallon.

that is all we are saying. we said nothing about your payments.

basically 75 to 90 is completely pointless and waste of the time and money. 75 or 90 is exactly the same size to a blue hippo tang and a yellow tang. they wont know the difference. they are not too smart.

120 would be worth it though. and you dont really have to add more live rock. you could just keep your old rock and have more sand space and area for fish to swim. my ideal tank would be giant with a island in the middle and a huge open sand area around it for the bigger fish.

i just realized that i hit 3000 i will never post again... just like the time i hit 69

Sometimes the advise given can seem to be a hard pill to swallow when it's the best you can get from people that you can trust. I couldn't agree more with those who have offered it to you. :)
