WTB: apex jr / RKL, 50 watt heater, & IM desktop Ghost skimmer

I'm setting up a new 10 gallon nano reef and need a few more pieces to get it going.

-looking for either a reef keeper lite or apex jr to help automate a few things.
-IM Nuvo desktop ghost skimmer
-50 watt heater


i have a IM Nuvo desktop media reactor that i will not be using and would be willing to work that into a trade.
