WTB: Bottle jacks

If you know what these are and have extras LMK. If they're not leakers I'll consider giving 1/2 of what a similarly rated jack costs at harbor freight. Cosmetics not important. Function is.
 
Kevin, I don't have any, but I will keep my eye out for them. What tonage are you looking for? I'm sure there would be some at Denios. If I can find the time, I will look for you. It will give me a good excuse to check out Aquaworx.
 
I used screw jacks in Boston when I served my time there, bottles will leak over time, screw jacks dont. Just my .02
 
Exactly. Do not use bottle jacks. You want to use a lally column. It's available as a special order at Davis Lumber (Ace) in Davis. I think I paid about $15 for the 12"-19" version.

Good. Thanks for stopping me. I guess I need to take some measurements down there again and go "lally" sandwich.
 
I don't think he's trying to raise a sagging floor. He's trying to reinforce the floor so that it doesn't sag. I didn't use a bottle jack when I reinforced my floor.
