WTB chiller 1/4 or 1/3

I'm trying to plan ahead in case we get a hurricane one of these days. I have battery back up for my pumps and a generator for a longer power outage. My only problem is my generator won't power my central air and my house gets pretty hot with the air off. I know my temp will spike if my house heats up. Anyone have a cheap chiller I can buy for back up?
