WTB Live rock and Live Sand

Tank is all set up now but I only have about 30lbs of base rock. I need some more live rock and would like at least a cup or so of live sand to seed mine. I got rid of all the crushed coral and installed sand though dont think theres life in it. I am not looking to spend a fortune just need a little rock and sand to get the cycle going and get this thing started! Thanks everyone
