WTB live rock rubble and chaeto for nano filtration

Near Evanston... Looking for advice (and neighborly source) on plan to replace bioball filter in JBJ 24g nano (relatively new setup with reef and fish) with a crushed live rock and chaeto approach. Anyone nearby that can supply?

Thoughts on this? Just jumping back into the hobby (starting small ;-)).

I thinking the first chamber is sponge, and beneath that, bag of SeaGel carbon... Second chamber has skimmer, live rock rubble and chaeto (under LED), then third chamber has return pump with a sock filter.

I took the crushed coral sand out of my tank. I have about 40 pounds worth in my garage if you or anyone else want it. I also have about 110 pounds of rubble rock. You can have as much as you need. Glad to help out anyone getting back into the hobby. I will take just about any frag if anyone else wants rubble rock. I live in NW Chicago.
