Lowe's has them in the nuts and bolts department. Just look in the cabinets with the sliding drawers that houses all the specialty stuff.

I looked at Lowes and Home Depot. Neither had them. I ended up going to a small local hardware store. They had tons. Screws, nuts, bolts and washers. All Nylon.
