Wtb Ro/di Water

Sorry to hear that Todd. I may take you up on it sometime. Miztic is in Elmhurst also offered. I have a garbage can that I had when my unit was working and the containers of course. When I start to do water changes I will need a lot of water. So thank you. And I hauled water from the lfs for about a year and a half before I bought my own unit...so no problem, used to it.

Thanks Liz, hopefully this time will work.

I am in Lombard, and still off of work next week, and short hours after that. My unit can make about 5 gallons in little over an hour, so it would take too long.

I have 30gal rubbermaid tubs that I'm going to try and keep filled, so the whole operation will be quick and easy :)

I might be able to help move the tank, depending on the timing. Shoot me a PM when you are ready. I have a truck also if needed.

Thanks blakduc you will be asked..and ty. Most of the help I will need besides the actual move is the taking apart stuff. I didn't do the plumbing on it myself and don't know where to start when I look at it. Then of course the actual lifting. It's acrylic but heavy.

Hello

Hello

:bum: ;) You already know you can count on me! Anytime on a saturday is good for me! LiveRock ROCKS! Made a TREMENDOUS Impact Immediately! Count on my muskles!

Do they look good in the tank?? I know they still have "alive" in them.....very much so or my tank would be completely dead. I knew the Marshall Island would look good.

Thanks!!

Good to hear...enjoy. Lot's of places to place stuff. And should have take up a little room..lol

OK..those who generously offered..ty sooo much.

I need to know i guess who has a truck to help me move the 55 first. I asked the ex...who has been complaining to get it all out and he has not come through. The 55 is sitting empty in a shed. I just probably need a truck and driver ..lol..to help me move the tank and stand.

Whoever has the truck and time will set my schedule. Like I said..I asked the ex..he said sure..and nothing since.

Ohhh dear...I thought I came back on here to sell/salvage what I could.

Now I have someone who offered a 90 gal rr, which my 55 is not, and would be great!! Trick is it's 4 hours or so away in OH. Sooo next question is does anyone like road trips?? I'm trying to rent/borrow a cargo truck. But that is someone that uses it for work so it's hit or miss.

Then...I think I have completely lost my mind...since I started dumping the stuff and now..I thought..if I get the 55 over, put rest in rubbermaid, then get the 90, fill the 90 and use the 55 in basement for a sump/fuge??? PVC is cheap, I can use pumps and other equipment from 180..store that for now..oh gosh I don't know.

hi jeni..I bought a towneshoue in Glendale Heights. The divorce was nasty. I didn't want the house or to stay in that area. I grew up there and too many memories. Pete bought me out of the house. During rememdian for custody...I actually agreed at the time not to change too much of the kids lives and left them there to attend the same school and continue their sports. Then he screwed me(private talks and all in the beginning) long story.

Soo..my kids are with me every weekend but attend the same school, with freinds, play same sports, etc.

I just need help moving what has gone to crap..and try to restore what I can Jeni

Really wish I could help, but best of luck. Once I am healthy, will give any help that I can.

Sort of OT, lived in the Heights for a year after college, right at North and President.

Todd.. I hope you recover quickly. Any major thing just plain sucks. I'm at Bloomindale and Army Trail..so right on border of Bloomingdale really..one side street are all the Bloomingdale schools. It was a toss up..when I was buying.

And thank you again. Where are you in Lombard?

Thanks, me too. Never really recovered from the first one.

Ahh, yea, I know exactly where that is at. Last time I was in that area ( couple of months ago ) Army Trail was just god awful.

Near 22nd and Finley, in a townhouse complex. Been here for about 2.5 years now ( moved from Northside of Chicago ), and overall I like it.

22nd...right by all the malls...lol...girls dream for shopping, eating out, etc. lol

It's a very nice area. Just west of the Oakbrook mall...right

I'm by Shark City. Walking distance down the street and never been. To many problems since I moved in.

The malls are the reason I moved here. ;) ;) But, yea right there, if I really wanted could walk to Yorktown. Oakbrook I would have to drive too, but still really close. There are a lot of places to eat right around here, have gone to a couple of them so far.

Oh god, forgot about Shark City, went there a few times back when I lived there.
