WTB: Sedra 3500

Hello all,

My ASM G2 sedra pump crapped out, looking to buy a used or new but good working order Sedra 3500 needle wheel pump for my skimmer, if anyone has one interested in selling please let me know.

I'm not a hundred percent sure here but I believe the difference between the 2 and the 3 is the pump. The 3 runs the 5000. Maybe a good time to upgrade.

the ASM G3 has a slightly larger body and collection cup, but i have heard of the 5000 being an upgrade, however i dont think i want to do that it worked great as is, but if anyone has had FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS and wants to chime in i would like to hear from them

I was contemplating putting a 5000 on my G2 as well. I would be very interested in hearing if anyone has any 1st hand experience doing this as well.

i ran my g2 with a sedra 5000 pump mesh modded and recirculating.

id definately make the upgrade since your in the market for a new pump anyhow.

i actually upgraded to a h&s skimmer, but im not that all impressed, the ASM held its own pretty well and i diddnt see much of an increase in skimate
