WTB: single ended MH reflector and uv sterilizer

Just wondering if anyone has these items available used or new locally. For the single ended MH reflector I am looking for a lumanarc mini, luman max 3, or a sunlight supply batwing reflector. For the UV sterilizer I prefer a 25w current or aqua sterilizer.

If anyone has these available please let me know.
