WTB Sump Pump

Im trying to setup a refugium under my 30gal. I built the overflow box out of acrylic and works wonderfully BUT, I have no idea what my flow rate is. I was thinking of a 700gph setup with a valve to tone down the rate if it gets to be too much?

Anyone selling a sump pump? I'd like to purchase a Mag Drive I think cuz Ive heard good things about them, but I am on a student budget. Rio was a possibility but I heard if its not UL-Listed, it'll kill everything when it craps out?

So confused, just need to buy a sump pump!

The overflow box is only 1 inch deep in the tank and 2.5" deep by 5" high collector box in the back.

I went to the local pond store and saw the size of a Mag Drive 7... its simply too big! I think I'm going to go for a Mag Drive 5. Anyone selling a mag drive 5 around here?

I have mag 3 (350gph) that I recently purchased for external use but it isn't watertight. It will be fine for in-sump use. I'd be willing to sell it for $30 (same as I paid for it).

Regarding the RIO's, I've personally had a couple of these pumps have the epoxy split and short out. If you do use one, make certain you have it attached to GFI outlet.
