Give Joe at call at Aquatic Collection. You may think twice about buying used.
I just ordered 2 MP60w from Joe actually. He is very nice.
You're going to pay about $450 for a new MP40ES...and if you're only getting 1, then IMO, you really don't get the benefit of the ES model, for your extra $200.
lmfao. Over here in Norcal, they go for 400 each. You must be paying full retail price at 450. Even online is cheaper than that. :rollface:

FYI... I just bought 3 at way less than $400 ea. ...

Nah it's 400 average here including tax but I think i'm going to be getting a price pretty close to yours. If you don't mind telling, pm me the price you got. You must be laughing at all the people that payed retail. :lmao:

Wet side for MP60 is 160. I still think you should give Joe a call.
u guys do know rite?? LFS isnt suppose to be selling those thing for below 445
ecotech has a price restriction of wat to sell it at. so u guys goin online telling everyone where u guys can get it new for below 445 mite be causing trouble for the petshop u guys buying it from. if another place complains to ecotech joe and karson mite have there dealership revoked meanin they wont be able to get the pump anymore

I could be wrong, BUT, I believe the LFS can not ADVERTISE them under a certain price! I don't think Ecotech can 'price fix' the selling price.
Just about ANY LFS/online vendor will sell them for less, and some do have advertised 'ecotech sponsored' promos at reduced prices! I also got my battery backups at one such special promo.
special promos can be done cuz of the fatorcy authorize it. but yea im not 100% sure about exotech about tat rule as to advertise for certain price but they have rite to sell it lower i know when we sell grohe product we cant do it for lower than 35% off list if we do we get our authorized dealer status revoked and tat would suck
I just got one from Carson at Aquatic Collection yesterday. The price is fair but I wouldn't say it's as great as I expected it to be. He did say he couldn't even sell it any cheaper if he wanted to unless he wanted his wholesale to cut ties with him. Reefing is not a cheap hobby indeed. :headwallblue:

MAP pricing is pretty intack with almost every company i deal with... i refuse to push that and believe me i get asked all the time to hook them up for wholesale,LOL....
