found this under my rock that was completely under the sand bed freaked me out. there is two of them on the rock got one to dislodge and took more pics. any ideas would help tremendously. i think its a worm from the class of Polychaete marine worm (Amblyosyllis finmarchica)

Spaghetti worm. Harmless. They are detrivore. Don't sting or anything.
