This worm was poking it's tentacles out of the sand bed, so I turkey basted it out, and it is covered in these tentacles that squirm. Holy jeez is it gross looking.

He/she went back in. My wrasse took a few pecks at it, but wasn't interested. It quickly dug into the sandbed

I use to have several of these in my tank and they freaked me out too lol. They came in on a piece of coral I bought and I text the guy bc I thought it was a pest/parasite. He told me what they were and that they were beneficial so I left em alone. I think my fish ate them bc I no longer see there red tentacles around. Hopefully you didnt flush em, theyre good to have.
