I have healthy 6" Salfin Tang for sale - $30.

See picture in my gallery.

I bought him recently but have found that he needs more room than what I have in my 90 gal. He's eating great and simply needs a bigger home.

I'm not sure. I posted the same question w/ the picture of my Salfin in my gallery. I got a mixed response. Some thought it was a Desjardini, while others didn't. Personnaly, I don't think he's a Desjardini though, he doesn't have the darker tail and spots on his tail and belly. Just the same, he's a beautiful fish. He changes color a lot, going from dark to light with lots of blue and yellow .... cool fish.

Again, the only reason I am looking to sell him is that he needs to be in bigger tank than my 90 gal ... IMO.

Its a beautiful fish and I wish my tank was ready for it but I don't see my tanks being ready for fish for another five weeks.

I would love to but I am buying the LR for the 75 gal tank on Mon. It will be ready in a few weeks but that doesn' help you now. Good luck. Let me know if you still have it in 3 weeks or so.

Regarding the tank size, I have in a 90 gal w/ a radiata lion, blue throat trigger and a snowflake eel. FYI, I think it takes a very, very long time for them to get to a foot +. For example, Neptune's has a sailfin that has been in a tank their for 7+ years and his around 6 inches ... which is similar in size as my tang. Just the same, with my size tank and mix of fish, I have decided that my sailfin would be better off in another tank.

If I don't sell him soon, I have a LFS lined up to buy ... but trying to avoid this so he get's into a permanent home directly.

Sailfin tang is still available ... for $30, this is a great deal. He needs to go today though. Otherwise he's off to the LFS.
