WTT: MH bulbs

Im not too much of a fan of just HOW yellow my Iwasaki bulbs are and would like to trade them if someone is willing.

I have two 4 month old SE 250w Iwasaki 6500k bulbs I would like to trade for two XM 250 watt 10000K.

I know not likely but I'm just putting it out there. Also if anyone has a shallow tank for sale PM me. Thanks!

I have a frag tank for 50. It's about 4X15X12.

Jarob, I would imagine those are Iwasaki "eye" bulbs. Unless you have some ballast I'm not aware of, your ballast will probably only fire that type of bulb (I think the bulb is actually mercury vapor not metal halide, but it looks similar). And they don't make them at a higher kelvin as far as I know.

I ran with one of these setups for about a year. I found that with good actinic supplementation everything looked great in my tank. But it was kind of ugly with no actinics on.

I have MH ballasts that will run any MH bulb, I just went with these for their reviews
