WTT: PFO electronic VHO set-up for UV sterilizer

I have a slightly used PFO Electronic VHO 2 bulb set-up that I am not using. It is this exact unit, includes the waterproof endcaps, mounts and 2 actinic bulbs (3 months old):

I am looking for a larger sized UV sterilizer similar to this:

I need that ballast setup.

I happen to have an interesting trade as the result of my stupidity. I have a 15 watt UV sterilizer. No wiper though. As is it might need the bulb replaced as I was told when I got it with my 150 that the bulb was a year old. I have a brand new 25 watt UV bulb that I ordered without checking the wattage of the unit.

As is it is a 15 watt in need of a bulb or a 25 watt in need of a ballast. I could build a ballast box for it if I can come up with a 25 watt ballast.

I have a 25 watt Aquanetic UV w/quartz sleeve $125.
The bulb has about 900 hours on it. I also have a 25 watt Life Gaurd unit no/bulb $100

Not just yet, but the tank it was to go on has been postponed so I'll wait until it's a go before trying to find the UV again.
