WXM Pump Profile?

Anyone have a really good wxm pump code good for an all sps tank? I am having trouble finding examples online.

I had mine vary from ReefCrest to Pulse throughout the day.

Every night at midnight, from 12:00-12:10, I would have it run at Pulse Mode 100%, at 0.25 speed. It would stir up so much crap and get it out of my display it was AMAZING. And that's two MP40's in a 36" tank.

How do you feel about the Nutrient Transport Mode? Also can you give me an example of your coding so I can try to replicate it?

Here it is, I found it;

12:00AM - 100% Pulse at 0.25 seconds each
12:10AM - 100% Pulse at 0.25 seconds each
12:15AM - 20% Pulse at 10 seconds
5:00AM - 60% Reefcrest
11:55AM - 60% Pulse at 5.34 seconds each
12:00PM - 100% Pulse at 0.25 seconds each
12:10PM - 100% Pulse at 0.25 seconds each
12:15PM - 60% Pulse at 5.34 seconds each
16:00PM - 55% Pulse at 5.34 seconds each
20:00PM - 60% Pulse at 0.7 seconds each
23:55PM - 30% Reef Crest
