wxm question

so i just setup the new wxm, I have 2 mp10w es. they both connected just fine and then i realize i got a problem. on my outlet, it display a missing for one of the pump. so i reset and then try to reconnect it again, the pump so blue/yellow which is good. however, it still show that the pump is missing. even though it showed that the pump had been connected, but the pump still can be controlled by the knob. i need some help

So I figure some part out. The pump has version 1.4 on it and it needs to be v1.5. I tried to update it, but it failed. Any suggestion? I upgrade it from a 1.5 pump.

You haven't given much detail on how you tried the update, where did it fail or what the message was.

Were you able to download the new pump firmware to the WXM? That's step 1.
If you did and it failed while sending the firmware to the pump, what were the colors you got on the pump and were they flashing or solid?

After download the firmware to the WXM, you can try cycling the power on the WXM before trying to upload it to the pump.

Ok do the pump that I am having problems has the v 1.4. The other one is 1.5, so I tried to do a firmware update w the ecotech way. It failed w blinking red and blue. So I tried using wxm auto update. Once the apex downloaded the update it stopped saying that no pump is connected (only 1 pump running).

I haven't try running it manually upgrade would that work?

When you download the firmware to the WXM using the display module Setup - module setup - config module , do you get the completion screen with the text "download complete begin pump firmware update'?

it finally work, I can't firmware upgrade the other pump. so what I end up doing is a manual update, before the update, I reset the WXM, clear the mp10 memory. It took awhile, but it worked. thanks for the suggestion.
