Wxm/Radion help

I have followed the "easy" setup guide to no avail. Both apex and Radion are up to date on os firmware. It's been a few hours of video watching. Pretty frustrated at this point. Anyone with experience with this? A helping hand would be appreciated.

In fact. The wxm isn't showing up in my fusion dashboard :/

Does the wxm show up if you login locally to the apex? What Radions are you using, xr30 or xr15? do you have any vortechs connected to the wxm?

It shows up only on my display. If I try and update it, nothing happens. It's at .10. I understand that it needs to be at 1.11. I am at a loss as to how to go about updating it. It does not show up on the Apex app nor the dashboard for fusion. I am trying to connect 1x gen2 Radion xr30w.

Follow the guide on this website:

Follow the guide step by step, and be sure to be logged-in to your apex locally not using Fusion.

You can skip step one, since you are already on Fusion and have the most current Apex Firmware.

Be sure to connect your Radion directly to your PC via USB. You don't need to be directly connected to you Apex to update the WXM module but i recommend it.

Let me know if you have trouble with any of the steps or if you already have done these steps.
