X-mas tree worm questions!

Hey guys, got a little Christmas Tree Worm question for y'all. I bought them a week or two ago, and thought they were all dead, because during the day none of them are out! But at night, all of them are out just like under the VHOs at the LFS. I mentioned the lighting since mine is about the same if not stronger, T-5 (whoop whoop). What do you think the problem is?

Just make sure the water conditions are good and things should be fine. From what I understand, you have to keep the coral on the rock alive in order for the worms to thrive.
