X-Terminator Trap

I just bough an X-Terminator trap but on the hurry to install it, the box was thrown out by my wife and I neves had the chance to take a look at the instructions that were in the back of the box.

I would appreciate if somebody could explain to me how to set it up or were I can get instructions on the net.
