xenia at night?

what are they normally supposed to do? I am pretty new to xenia. I just got one put it in there was doing great right away, pulsing and fully open. The lights shut off and shortly after it shriveled up and the stalk kind of tilted on its side. Is that normal?

thanks... this morning all was good, pulsing and all... tonight it just shriveled its polyps, but this time its body is upright
they are some cool lookin creatures

Yes, they will retract at night.
