Can I just cut with a blade in tank ?
 
Yes, but whatever tissue is left behind will re-grow.

If you could, chiseling the rock so the whole coral is removed would be better.
 
While you're at it, you should take out those mushrooms. They will become a problem soon as well.
 
Just cut the Xenia as close to the base as you can and then smother the remaining tissue with some epoxy. Piece of cake.

You can do this with the mushrooms too, but getting under them with a razor blade or a pair of scissors can be a little tricky sometimes. GL.
 
those mushrooms i kinda like but i must admit when i got that piece of LR i couldn't see anything on it , just like it branching look , i guess its better to remove them now before they cause trouble :) Might need a nano , i like the idea of a credit from LFS tho here in perth cant see me getting much
