If your water is right, this stuff will grow all over your tank like a weed. The easiest way to remove it when it overgrows other corals is to lock the jaws of a hemostat around the base and gently tug sideways. If it likes your tank, you will never be rid of it. Be careful of it growing around things like clams, it will easily irritate them to death.
