I have a new tank going and I noticed a black line on some of the flowers? does anyone know what that means. Are they dying?

I tried but I can't get a good angle. it looks like the flowers are getting dark purple but just one to two petals on the xenia and it looks like it is starting to go down the stem. i hope it is not dying. it is pulsing like crazy still

Pulsing is a good sign. I would not worry if they stop pulsing sometime that happens but it does not mean they are unhealthy.
