XR15 not on same schedule - help

I just purchased and installed 2 XR15 pros. After spending hours programming them, they are not on the same schedule. Before doing factory resets on both or calibrating them, which I feel will push me to drinking a bottle of wine due to frustration, I noticed that one light has an rf frequency of 7 and the other is 9. Can this be the issue? How do I change them? I do not have a reeflink.
