XR15w Turns On/Off

Hey guys, so I'm having a problem with my Radion XR15w Pro..
I just removed it to change the lens to a wide.... So I did so, hooked it back up, and now I can't mess with it or it goes black, then back on its setting.

This happens when I press the button to change presets and even when I click any time on the layout on EcoSmartLive.

Did I do something wrong?

Just did a factory reset, didn't help.

Even just switched the lens back and then back again to the wide.
