So I have 2 xr30 gen 1s that I bought secondhand to get my new 150 up and running with adequate lighting. I intend on upgrading later, obviously.
Does anyone else still have gen 1s? I can not seem to get them to connect to control them via ecosmart live.
They are currently running on a schedule that somehow let me program them initially....but since then, I cant get them to connect. I'm constantly in "offline mode" and have tried the fix suggested by the site (disconnect, log off, unplug, re connect etc...) to no avail.
I've seen some posts about connecting via usb and doing a factory reset, but since I cant figure out a way to connect to program them, I'm terrified to reset, then wonder up with paperweights, because I cant connect after the reset.
Should I be using the updated connection mgr and ecosmart live, or should I be using the original connection mgr...
Also, both lights are listed at gen2 on the ecosmart livs device list....
