Stopped up to Savko a bit ago to get some Loc-line for my tank. Does anyone else here use it? Do you make adjustments often? It might be convienent, but kind of ugly, no?
FYI, I got what I needed, but they're out of a bunch of pieces and it won't be in until Wed or Thur.
I use it in my 125 on the returns. I like it for adjustable directions. I also use it in my seaclear system to adjust flow to the individual tanks. It really doesn't look that bad unless you are using a ton of it.
He has been out of a few parts that I needed every time I was there. I overbought some stuff last time I was there just in case.
i use it on my closed loop output so if I move coral around or place something else in my tank that requires a different amount of flow, its a cpl second ajustment.
I used a cople sections of 3/4" and a 3/4" x 1/2" x 1/2" wye piece w/ two wide sprayers on it. The head loss through it was HUGE! I may lose the wye and go w/o the wide sprayer business. For the moment, I'm just down to a PVC elbow for the discharge.
