Never heard of them so pass by me. Reading the extra warranty options you can buy seems a bit odd and I like LA / DD still have a better solution. If you read their refund policy let us say you buy the 30 day warranty but the fish dies on the 15th day. To me without reading I would assume, incorrectly, that I would get a full refund. Instead what you get is 50% refund aka prorate.

Other than that I can't really comment and all I noticed.

never heard of them. i prefer going to my LFS but if they dont have or cant get what i want then i go to live aquaria

Never heard of them, but I too like liveaquaria. Bluezoo is also great. Both have fantastic customer service and selection.

They have something I want, which Liveaquaria and BZA don't have at the moment.

Also, the quality of livestock from liveaquaria haven't been too great lately (although they refund you), although maybe saltwater fish just tend to come in with parasites.


I just made an order. I asked to see if the fish are feeding. I got a response that he would check in the morning.

Haven't heard back so far.
