how often do people see their yasha gobies out and about? I ordered one couple days ago, acclimated for couple hours, drip. left lights off for the rest of the day i got it. should be good. but since not a trace. kinda worried. thought he might come out for food but nothing. i have a well established 56 corner. reef. if anyone should have any other questions please ask. so... im hoping to hear others experiences and info. i realize they are jumpers and have taken precoutions. thanks for the help

I have one. Have had him for about 6 months now. He lives with a Randall's Pistol Shrimp. I see him only about once a month or so.

If the shrimp happens to build an exit from their burrow that is in the open, I will see the Yasha's head poke out until the exit collapses and I guess they dig another one somewhere else I cannnot see.

I don't know if this is common, it is my experience however.

I have one too. Mine usually comes out about an hour after the lights come on and then stays out all day everyday near the entrance to his burrow with his shrimp partner.
