Yellow/cloudy water

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help with a pretty major issue I've been having. My tank (75G) has been set up over a year, but for about half that time it has had cloudy, yellow water that doesn't seem to go away with water changes. It's stocked fairly lightly, with four small fish, and I'm having no readings for ammonia/nitrite. I run carbon in a filter sock (I would consider upgrading to a reactor if someone thinks that could help) and have an entry model protein skimmer, the infamous sea clone (another thing I would upgrade if it could solve this problem).

It just seems no how much water I change, it isn't fixing the root cause so any advice would be appreciated. I have RO water, my salinity is fine, and don't overfeed. Thanks.

I would definitely recommend a reactor with the rox Carbon from brs. They have a good video on YouTube detailing the different types of carbon and different particle sizes. Certain sizes are better for removing discolored water.

I've actually watched that video lol. I'm in Canada so I can't ship directly from them but would you recommend any HOB reactor brands to look out for?
