i feed mine crushed cyclop-eeze, shaved mysis & small fish formula pellets. it was already eating at the lfs when i got it, so that might be the only reason it eats in my tank. good luck with yours, i know they can starve in home aquariums, as my last one did. also, have you tried soaking the food in garlic or similar? this might help entice the goby to eat.

it took mine a little while before I noticed he'd eat. Cyclopeeze was what really did it, now he'll do flakes, cyclopeeze, frozen brine shrimp cubes, silverside pieces, formula 2 algae cubes, and occasionally, even the tip of my finger. They're not huge fish and they definitely don't have big appetites, but give em small pieces.

i had trouble feeding mine, but he lastedfor about 4 months without eating in front of my face, so i figured he was eating pods, algae and other stuff. he died just recently of ick though.
