Yellow head Jawfish

My mom really likes the yellow head jawfish and would like to get one. I want to make sure that it would be healthy and happy in my 38 gallon reef.

1 Firefish
1 Royal Gramma
1 Scooter Blenny
2 Cleaner Shrimp
1 Emerald Crab
Some Mushrooms
2 Feather Dusters
1 Brittle Star
1 Sand Sifting Star
Hermit crabs and Snails
About 40lbs of Live Rock
Sand Substrate

You should be fine. Does the tank have a tight fitting cover? They are known to jump.
