I was wondering if I can see some picture of some these corals. Their is a nice one at my lfs for 60$. Curious if that is a good price? The center on the tentcles are bright yellow. let me know.

If you are referring to one that looks like this...

It is most likely a dyed coral. If it makes it, it will go back to it's natural color of "tan". If not, it will die.

This is a normal tan pagoda, I paid $50 for it but it was from someone breaking down their tank.

Well...the one in the picture was when I got it. It was dyed. It changed to a dull tan color. I am just lucky it lived. A lot of dyed corals don't make it.
The one in 'GoingPostal's' picture is a healthy coral with good natural color.

No, a sarcophyton elegans (yellow leather) is really yellow in color...no dye needed.

The Divers Den has some for 79.99 I have been envying. I have never seen a total yellow but they do however have some with yellow polyps. I ordered this one about a year ago from them and it was a beautiful baby blue online but it has settled in to a green in my tank most of the time but there have been times it changed to blue briefly. I was worried about it being dyed when I ordered it but I wouldn't hesitate to order another one from the den.
