Yellow Tang and Powder Brown Tang Question

Hey all. Ive had my yellow tank in my tank for a few months. I was told that I could get another tang from my LFS if they didnt look alike. They said the powder brown should be okay. I put him in when it was dark and feed the original fish in the tank before adding the new powder brown tang. Ive noticed that the yellow tank will turn around and swim backwards towards the powder brown tang. They are like rubbing fins. I havent seen either of them go towards each other aggressively, just when they get close; they turn backwards and kinda chase each other while swimming back wards... Are they just pecking or do I need to remove the powder brown? I do have another tank to put him in but I wanted him in this larger reef tank. The tank is 75g. I have about 75 lbs of Live rock for them to hide in etc. The new powder has only been in for maybe 2-3 hours.

Plus the tank is too small for one of those tangs, let alone two..

They will do that for about a week then calm down. That's the way my yellow tang does every time I add another tang.
