Have you seen something similar to this? The tang is very active, no issues with feeding, but color and head looks very strange"¦ Feed - spirulina, shrimp.

Looks like Head and Lateral Line Erosion (HLLE). Various theories on cause...

How are your water parameters? Do you run carbon? What exactly do you feed?

Water parameters - NO2 -0, NO3 - 0-5, Phosphate - 0, PH -8.4,.
Feed: JBL Spirulina, raw shrimp once a week.
Carbon: Tunze 50 gr for 80 gallons.

try full spectrum pellets / flakes and add nori to the diet- stop the shrimp for a bit.
