Yellow Tang -- free to a good home. Carol Stream

This is for pick up only.

In the process of building a new house. But, won't be resetting up the 210 for a year or two. Since I will only have a 3 and 4 foot tank, I need to find a good home for my yellow tang. Has been in my care for about 4 years now.

Would request that the person who takes this fish has (( at least )) a 6 foot long tank. There was a huge difference in this fish's personality when I moved it from my 75 to the 210.

This would be for pick up only, in Carol Stream -- near 64 and Gary Ave.

Also have a Hippo that got along well with my old Yellow Tang so figured I'd mention it as not sure of the demeanor of your Tang

Hippo is a different body shape, makes a big difference.

As of right now, there is a pending pick up --- if anything changes (( or when the fish is picked up )) I will update this thread.

Thanks.

i would not put 2 yellow tangs in the same tank inless you have a 200+ gallon tank....they will kill eachother

The cant this or that makes people do. And they love the macro in the back.

Its rare that a person has any fish at its largest size....for the "required" amount of space needed that gets thrown everywhere.

Lenght to swim and turn back around at largest i would believe the numbers....not at the size most have.
