Yellow tang hasn't eaten in 2 months

I have not seen my yellow tang eat much of anything in 6-8 months. He's not overly active, just hovers around in different spots mostly. He used to abuse flakes and mysis, but now doesn't show much interest. He may eat a flake or a mysis, but that's it. I have seen him picking at t he rocks from time to time, but not consistently. When I first noticed, he had bubble gut (lumpy), but he seems to have lost a lot of mass since.

Ya, he's never touch nori really. I've had him for about 10 months now.

You can try the purple seaweed.

I've never seen a tang not eat these. Is something else going on in the tank? Aggression, water quality issues(temp swings, salinity, ammonia, nitrate, etc), subclinical parasite infection?

No aggression or swings. My guess is infection based on his lumpy gut.
