Any good way? I've tried the fish trap but it usually got my chromis/clownfish

Just be patient. The trap will work.

Skills and patience go a long ways if your trying to net him.

Appropriate sized net in one hand and a slim stick/rod in the other to chase him to a good corner to net him in.

I've tried every trapping method in the book and this still ends up being the one. Got a crazy fast foxface in about 10 minutes because he was more concerned with the rod than he was the net.

I just caught my yellow tang in my 210 gal mixed reef (300# of live rock in there) last week after he decided he wanted to kill my new copperband butterfly. Small net and a wood little doll rod and I had him in about 30min. Takes practice man.

that's the same reason why the yellow tang must go. my cbb and yt are harrassing each other. they both turn grey when upset

Ya I've heard of people with 400+ gallon systems where a yellow and copperband can not be kept together! Stinks tho :-(

I added a copperband and kole together (they are fine together) but the yellow still pronounced death upon the copperband.

Koles are generally pretty mild mannered....

same thing happened with my YT and my cab, after the YT killed two of them got a big enough CBB and his spines flared up once and the YT stayed away haha.

Seems pretty clear, CBB before at least and probably without a YT
