Yellow tang with some serious skin problems!!

I have a yellow tang that seems to have a skin problem. I have pictures but can't figure out how to attach them. If someone could help that would be great.

The problem with the fish are a few things. It seems that the tangs dorsal fins is thining out and has gone from its straight flat across the top look to a more sharp spiking look. If that makes any sense. Also on the left side of the body the fish has developed an orangy/browny colored spot just below the center of the dorsal fin. The other spot that I noticed is also on the left side of the fish and it is located at the rear half just before the spike. It seems that the skin in this area is deteroating or breaking down.

I hope that one or more of you have some insight for me on this and can possibly help.

Thanks in advance!!

if you have corals in your tank you can't treat fish in that tank. go out and buy a little 10 gallon tank set up, nothing fancy just a place to aclamate and treat sick fish. your local fish store should have some medicine or you can look around online at different medicines. quarintine the fish, because the medicine might kill or damage your corals and what ever else is living in your tank. plus if the medicine's directions doesn't say reef safe on it i wouldn't belive it.

Thanks for your input. I don't have any corals at all. Just fish and live rock. What do you think is the problem with this fish? Have you heard or seen this before?

Do you know how to post pictures so that I can so all the members exact problems and I speaking of.

Thanks
